RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I know that volunteering to work with animals is a potentially hazardous activity. Central Arkansas Rescue Effort for Animals, Inc. (CARE) is a non-profit charitable corporation that rescues animals from shelters and as strays and spays/neuters cats and dogs. CARE does not know the temperament of the animals it rescues or spays/neuters, and animals could exhibit aggressive behavior. In addition, animals placed together in a display situation could exhibit aggressive tendencies that would not otherwise be apparent. I assume all risks associated with my volunteer work with CARE, including, but not limited to, the risks of animal’s bites. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and, in consideration, of being allowed to volunteer for CARE, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release CARE, Little Rock Animal Services, their respective officers, directors and representatives from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my CARE volunteer activities even though liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
