Tulsa, 19-104's Bio

Tulsa is so so sweet. She has had a rough start in life but is on her way to happy times.  She gets along with other dogs, and didn’t mind the cats at the shelter. She is a little unsure in new situations because she never had a teacher of life, but learns quickly and masters new things daily. Tulsa is coming out of her shell quickly and her tail wags constantly as she moves from person to person to ask for lovies. She craves affection and is very gentle about asking for it. She loves humans of all sizes, and wants to be a part of whatever her humans are doing. . Tulsa is recovering from demodex (non-contagious) mange, and will shine like glass when her new coat is in. Tulsa is looking for a home that will make her part of the family and include her in many activities.

Tulsa is vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $200.

CARE's adoptable pets are specifically evaluated and selected to be family and companion animals. We place them in foster homes where they live in the home environment and become part of the family while awaiting permanent adoption. For that reason, they will do best in homes where they are primarily inside pets and spend lots of time with their families.
