Bambi, 19-047's Bio

Bambi is a beautiful, petite girl. Bambi was found as a stray by one of the intake officers at the shelter. She is shy, and takes her time to get to know you. Once you’ve earned her trust, she is very loyal and wants to be with you as much as possible. She enjoys lounging on the couch with her foster mom, going on walks and hikes, and playing outside with her foster brother. Bambi is friendly with other dogs, but requires some time to warm up to new friends. She lives with two kitties as well, and is very friendly with them. She gets bored in her kennel and does best when she has Nylabones to chew on. She is mostly house-trained, and is working on new commands such as “sit” and “down”. She’s eager to learn and loves treats and making her human friends happy. She’s a sweet, polite little girl and would love a quiet home where her new family is patient with her and willing to let her come out of her shell at her own pace. They will be rewarded with being best friends with a beautiful soul.

Bambi is vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $200.

CARE's adoptable pets are specifically evaluated and selected to be family and companion animals. We place them in foster homes where they live in the home environment and become part of the family while awaiting permanent adoption. For that reason, they will do best in homes where they are primarily inside pets and spend lots of time with their families.
