Mars, 19-040's Bio

Mars is just a big love bug wrapped up in a fluffy cloud like body. He will play, but is content to lumbar around and be with his people. Mars gets along with most other dogs, and didn’t care about the cats at the shelter. Mars is housetrained, and excellent on a leash. He is a little reserved in new situations, but as soon as he knows everything is ok he warms up quickly. Mars tested positive for heartworm, but will be treated for this at no cost to his adopters. Mars is beyond sweet and looking for a home where he can shine as one of the family.

Mars is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $200.

CARE's adoptable pets are specifically evaluated and selected to be family and companion animals. We place them in foster homes where they live in the home environment and become part of the family while awaiting permanent adoption. For that reason, they will do best in homes where they are primarily inside pets and spend lots of time with their families.

If you are interested in meeting Mars or learning more about the adoption process, please visit our website and submit our online adoption application at www.careforanimals.org.
