Roux, 19-017's Bio

Roux is a 2 year old fun loving and spunky little guy. True to his breed, his antics will make you laugh on a daily basis. He is house trained, crate trained, and knows his basic commands. He loves to go with, and loads up like a dream. He is perfectly content in the house, he can be found near you always, usually with his favorite toy in tow. Roux is looking for a home that will include him as much as possible; and after all—who wouldn’t want to be with this little charmer every second of the day???

Roux  is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $250.

Roux is in the Paws in Prison program where he receives obedience training. He is expected to graduate from Paws in Prison on 3/30/19.  The dogs in this program are trained under the AKC Canine Good Citizen standards and are specifically selected to be family and companion dogs. They spend 24 hours a day with their trainers. For that reason, they will do best in homes where they are primarily inside dogs and spend lots of time with their families. The adoptive family will receive Roux’s training journal. This journal documents his arrival from the shelter, his daily training progress, and his interactions with his trainers.
