Vader, 18-155's Bio

Vader was found as a stray and no one ever came for him. He sat in the shelter for 3 months and was a very good boy but no one ever picked him. Well we liked Vader the second we met him, and his day finally came to get picked! Vader is great with most other dogs and has a spunky fun personality. He seems to be housetrained and was a staff favorite at the shelter. Vader is a med/high energy dog that is looking for a family that will include him in many activities.

Vader is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $250.

Vader is in the Paws in Prison program where he receives obedience training. He is expected to graduate from Paws in Prison on 2/2/19.  The dogs in this program are trained under the AKC Canine Good Citizen standards and are specifically selected to be family and companion dogs. They spend 24 hours a day with their trainers. For that reason, they will do best in homes where they are primarily inside dogs and spend lots of time with their families. The adoptive family will receive Vader’s training journal. This journal documents his arrival from the shelter, his daily training progress, and his interactions with his trainers.
