Ruby IV, 18-146's Bio

We are saddened that Ruby was abandoned outside of a post office in a crate. We want to believe that her owner could not care for her, and left here there knowing that someone would get her to the care she deserves.  Ruby lives up to her name- she is just a gem. Ruby is as sweet as they come, and just wants to be babied. Ruby LOVES people, and baths, and sweaters, and beds, and love. Ruby is looking for someone to pamper her with kindness, and in return they will never have a cold lap or bed. Ruby gets along with other dogs, but we don’t know about cats yet. Ruby seems to be housetrained, and we will know more about her in the future as she has been with her foster longer.

Ruby will be spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped before adoption. Her adoption fee is $200

CARE's adoptable pets are specifically evaluated and selected to be family and companion animals. We place them in foster homes where they live in the home environment and become part of the family while awaiting permanent adoption. For that reason, they will do best in homes where they are primarily inside pets and spend lots of time with their families. If you are interested in meeting Ruby or learning more about the adoption process, please visit our website and submit our online adoption application here: http://www.careforanimals.org/adoption-app.cfm
