Casper II, 18-134's Bio

Casper is as cute as can be.  He is potty-trained, already knows basic commands, and does well with other dogs and even cats!  He's outgoing and playful and loves attention, treats, and exploring the house. He is very smart and is eager to please. He sleeps through the night, and is a top-notch cuddler! He'll make a happy addition to any family. CARE's adoptable pets are specifically evaluated and selected to be family and companion animals. We place them in foster homes where they live in the home environment and become part of the family while awaiting permanent adoption. For that reason, they will do best in homes where they are primarily inside pets and spend lots of time with their families. If you are interested in meeting Casper or learning more about the adoption process, please visit our website and submit our online adoption application here:
