Sabrina V, 18-132's Bio

Sabrina is the perfect puppy: smart and eager to please.  She is an absolute socialite and loves visiting the dog park - or any park where she can walk and greet people and other dogs.  She's especially drawn to children and is so sweet and gentle with them!  One of the most impressive aspects of Sabrina's personality is how balanced she is:  not submissive and not dominant, but calm, easy-going, inquisitive, and confident.  She has great house manners, sits at impressive attention as a sort of "default" mode when she doesn't know what else to do.  Sabrina hops in her crate when she realizes that her food is about to be served and is accustomed to relaxing there while the other dogs have their meals.  She rarely barks and doesn't shed - and on the subject of fur, hers is really soft and lush. Something incredibly cute is how she decided on one of the "donut style" dog beds as a storage place for her favorite toys and various objects she finds outside and decides would be a nice addition to her collection. CARE's adoptable pets are specifically evaluated and selected to be family and companion animals. We place them in foster homes where they live in the home environment and become part of the family while awaiting permanent adoption. For that reason, they will do best in homes where they are primarily inside pets and spend lots of time with their families.
