Mongoose, 18-105's Bio

Mongoose is as sweet as he is handsome, and that is saying a lot! He has the most unique tail ever seen, and the personality to go along with it. He knows how to site, shake, lay down, and roll over already, so we can’t wait to see what new tricks he picks up in PIP. Mongoose is laid back and loves to be with people therefore he would love to find a home where he could be included in many activities. He is amazing with other dogs, but we don’t know about cats yet. Mongoose is already housetrained and well behaved when left in the house. He does want to go with his people as much as possible, so he shouldn’t be left unattended in a yard for long periods until we now how he would do with this. Mongoose is easy to love and a dream of a dog, he will make a great addition to almost any family. Mongoose is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $250.Mongoose is in the Paws in Prison program where he receives obedience training. He is expected to graduate from Paws in Prison on 10/13/18.  The dogs in this program are trained under the AKC Canine Good Citizen standards and are specifically selected to be family and companion dogs. They spend 24 hours a day with their trainers. For that reason, they will do best in homes where they are primarily inside dogs and spend lots of time with their families. The adoptive family will receive Mongoose’s training journal. This journal documents his arrival from the shelter, his daily training progress, and his interactions with his trainers. If you are interested in meeting Mongoose or learning more about the adoption process, please visit our website and submit our online adoption application here:
