Iris III, 18-054's Bio

This Iris is in definite need of blooming. Terrified in the shelter, she is ready to find her forever where she can blossom. Iris does great with other dogs. She is okay with children as long as they respect her space. She is scared of pets at first, but eventually will warm up to being touched. She is in DESPERATE need of a simple life to grow and flourish. Just like the Iris. Iris is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $250. Iris is in the Paws in Prison program where she receives obedience training. She is expected to graduate from Paws in Prison on 6/16/18.  The dogs in this program are trained under the AKC Canine Good Citizen standards and are specifically selected to be family and companion dogs. They spend 24 hours a day with their trainers. For that reason, they will do best in homes where they are primarily inside dogs and spend lots of time with their families. The adoptive family will receive Iris’s training journal. This journal documents her arrival from the shelter, her daily training progress, and her interactions with her trainers.
