Carrigan, 17-131's Bio

Carrigan is the sweetest, most loving Shepard you’ll ever encounter. She is a very smart girl who is eager to please as well as learn. Carrigan is great with kids as well as other dogs. She loves to play and is a very gentle player. She likes to sit in the chair like a human and watch you work.

Carrigan is vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $250.

Carrigan is in the Paws in Prison program where she receives obedience training. She is expected to graduate from Paws in Prison on 2/16/18.  The dogs in this program are trained under the AKC Canine Good Citizen standards and are specifically selected to be family and companion dogs. They spend 24 hours a day with their trainers. For that reason, they will do best in homes where they are primarily inside dogs and spend lots of time with their families. The adoptive family will receive Carrigan’s training journal. This journal documents her arrival from the shelter, her daily training progress, and her interactions with her trainers. If you are interested in meeting Carrisgon or learning more about the adoption process, please visit our website and submit our online adoption application here: http://www.careforanimals.org/adoption-app.cfm
