Eddie III, 16-073's Bio

Eddie is a handsome little man! He loves to explore and meet new people! He also enjoys spending time with his dog friends! He was found wondering the city streets following a stranger until a good citizen offered to take him home. When they got him home they cleaned him up and found a rope burn on the back of his neck. It has healed now and we are all happy it didn’t scar his spirt! Eddie is neutered and vaccinated. Adoption applications may be submitted now. Eddie’s adoption fee is $250. Eddie is in the Paws in Prison program, where he receives obedience training. He is expected to graduate as an AKC Canine Good Citizen on 9/30/16. The dogs in this program are specifically selected and trained to be family and companion dogs. They spend 24 hours a day with their trainers. For that reason, they will do best in homes where they are primarily inside dogs and spend lots of time with their families. The adoptive family will receive Eddie’s training journal. This journal documents his arrival from the shelter, his daily progress in becoming a canine good citizen, and his interactions with his trainers.
