CARE's Honor and Memorial Gift
Program is the perfect way to honor a significant event in someone's life or
show them you are thinking about them in the time of their loss of a loved one
or pet.
Upon receipt of your honor and memorial gift, CARE will send out
an elegant honor/memorial card to the person you desire with your name and
address and the name of the person in whose name the gift has been made.
We'll also let you know that your gift has been sent.
You can pick up contribution envelopes at almost any Little Rock veterinary clinic or at the CARE Gift Shop.
You can also fill out the form below and mail it to us at: CARE, P. O. Box 7604; Little Rock, Arkansas 72217-7604.
If you'd like to charge your gift by Visa/Master Card, you can do so by clicking on the link below (and
then emailing us at care@careforanimals.org
with the acknowledgment information)
Or, simply call the number below with your name, street address, zip code, card number and expiration date along
with the Honor/Memorial name and the acknowledgement name and address.
However you choose to make your gift, you can take pride that you are helping
abandoned and unsterilized animals in Central Arkansas get a second chance!
