CARE is not an animal shelter.  We rescue cats and dogs facing euthanasia in shelters in central Arkansas and place them in foster homes and the Paws in Prison program until they are adopted.  We are proud to partner with several wonderful shelters in order to save more lives.  Please always remember to rescue when looking to add a furry family member.
